...d me there is nothing available for your skillset look for other job outside. 28th Feb was my last date with Encora, they stopped my salary for obvious reasons as they have to give me the full and final. Submitted my laptop on the same day. After a month when I enquired when will I get my full and final as they told they will credit it within 30 days. Now a new story came up, the IT guy said I never got your laptop hence your full and final is on hold. So much I had to go through to get a confirmation that I submitted my laptop. After that they took 3 freaking months to credit my hard earned salary as full and final. Everyday I used to call the HR mail them to send me the amount. I’m jobless. Their attitude was like no you have to wait. THE WORST COMPANY SOMEBODY CAN EVER JOIN

...ce in a year that too after clients approval which in most cases doesn't happen. Increment and compensation is a nightmare here Overall it's the worst company ever worked with. Iteration is always high in this company globally.

Full and final settlement takes 60 days. No Job Security. (But 3 months notice period) No team outing. No Flexible benifit plans (Like food coupon, Broad band bill, CAR)

Politics and communication gap between Team and seniors, Seniors try to impose their own rules outside the company policy. And they continuously spoil the environment in the work place, that many reasons new comers will not want to work here at all. Because there is a lot of monopoly of people who have been working here for a long time..

The Work Environment is relatively stable, allowing life to go on without constant disruptions

...ant, with little to no opportunities for career advancement or financial growth. There is no progress in terms of work or salary. This lack of progress is demotivating and does not encourage long term commitment. I would not recommend this company, (specially Hyderabad location) based on my experience.
