Nothing. I have worked in 2 projects. 1st project I worked directly with client(had good experience working with client) and 2nd project on product development, where none of them knows to design the application and all work were dumped to Leads to control the work.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No salary hike. No proper management responsibilities.

Job security is ok. Learning wise better than many service based large MNCs.

Dislikes

Compensation and Appraisal is not that great although better than many service based large MNCs. No additional perks or benefits.

As of now, I haven't seen any pros. Nothing special to join this company. Candidate have better options than EMIDS to boost their career.

Dislikes

...when project got over they don't have enough projects to onboard the candidates. They compensate you with better package with some benefits like joining bonus but there is no job security at all.

None. there is nothing good about this company.

Way too Many. Leadership Bad and Old school. Way too much of MicroManagement. Pay Scales are bad. Alot of Favoritism. Old People think they own the company and they do whatever they want to and however they want to do. Senior and Executive Leadership has ZERO regards for new idea or changes. ZERO Employee Engagement.

On time salary. Nice people.

Dislikes

Bulk hiring, no project, large bench strength. Every day fear of layoff and they did around 200 layoffs. Before joining just ask for direct billable project otherwise you will be on bench for many time and not have good projects.
