This is my first company, I learnt a lot about software lifecycle, development and played with code. Overall good company to learn and exposure to software industry.

Dislikes

I don't like the salary structure given to freshers at the time working there. Now I don't know the salary structure.

I joined as a fresher.I got 2 months good training on new technologies .My team members were so cooperative in work.There was 100% job security and There were so many training s had conducted on different platforms which was so helpful

For Freshers, Emids is giving less salary .

Some Projects are very good.I was working for One of the top clients they have because I was performed very well in there 45 days Training as Freshers.

Dislikes

Their salary for fresher is terrible, nobody even thinks of, being a B.Tech Computer Science Engineer and yes after qualifying their 6 round of interview, you will withdraw 7k per month.

Nothing. I have worked in 2 projects. 1st project I worked directly with client(had good experience working with client) and 2nd project on product development, where none of them knows to design the application and all work were dumped to Leads to control the work.

Dislikes

No work life balance. No salary hike. No proper management responsibilities.

On time salary. Nice people.

Dislikes

Bulk hiring, no project, large bench strength. Every day fear of layoff and they did around 200 layoffs. Before joining just ask for direct billable project otherwise you will be on bench for many time and not have good projects.
