Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Nothing is good, only earning salary,incentive and increment are not so good. Only get 6% Hike after delivering 116% ytd per annum. Not get the incentive in the name of profitability issue. False statement and commitments given to the DRs and team members. Worst experience ever please don't join this organization.
