If teammates are good you will face good experience or else it will be hell. Projects will keep on changing so for freshers it will be confused. Couldn't learn much.

Embitel provides environment to learn and implement changes as per the latest technology. very friendly environment to work with.

Compensation is decent, the work pressure some times goes high, which is acceptable.

Don't fall prey to the word of " group of VW" or CARIAD ets. Culture, Management is egoistic they don't tolerate your good suggestions. Inspite of promotion, you can be considered for improvement plan and can be thrown out. Upto you to take a risk, but your risk appetite will be murdered once you join this company.

No work load, you are not over pressurised, leaves are ample, no work hour stretching, no peer to peer competition

Dislikes

No proper management strategy, No proper projects in pipeline, No technical uplifting and knowledge growth, CARIAD IS DIFFERENT BU, you cant move there so don’t fall prey to that, VW projects are not there so being a part of VW group makes no help. OVERALL YOU MUST TRY TO AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE OTHER GOOD OFFERS

Work is good CAR OS features are pretty cool and you will get exposure with feature knowledge. Also you get a chance out of others to travel and meet stakeholders.

Dislikes

Policies are very dynamic and people shall be alert of their job security. Survival of the fittest. Work life balance will be zero. You really need to justify your leave reason. Everyone watches you. So please be humble and respectful. work from office 3 days a week is mandatory (its upto u take it as a like or dislike).
