Good salary, and hikes, especially team mates are very friendly, Good place to learn Work from option is there Freedom to act

This is one of the hidden gem companies to work for. A true European work culture is what you will get here. This company's products and projects are true cutting edge. The culture of thencompany is really good. You will be a boss of your own, you will have freedom to what you like to do. Nobody micro manages you, as long as you take the ownership of the task you do.

Dislikes

Salary can be a bit better Watch out, this kind of work environment can make you complacent, would be difficult to leave and change the job.

Salary for insiders not so good Retention Bonus is a scam . The details of retention bonus is not mentioned in your offer letter . Some people become managers but lack even basic knowldge on their products . If you are in notice period , no matter what , management forgets all your past good contributions , slogging etc . & does micromanagement

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

1. Hikes/Awards/Recognitions are not as per their achievements instead the politics played between managers! It’s the only one sad point working here. 2. The company portray they don’t have hierarchy but believe me not everyone get same response when they interact.
