Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

This is one of the hidden gem companies to work for. A true European work culture is what you will get here. This company's products and projects are true cutting edge. The culture of thencompany is really good. You will be a boss of your own, you will have freedom to what you like to do. Nobody micro manages you, as long as you take the ownership of the task you do.

Salary can be a bit better Watch out, this kind of work environment can make you complacent, would be difficult to leave and change the job.

The projects are nill to negligible and there is legacy projects in which old technology and deprecated technology is used. Overall no such learning and only those will survive in this crisis who are good in polishing or politics

There's no work in some teams. In some teams, there work like hell. In some teams where a lot of work, you can learn a lot. People are friendly and helpful both in India and in Germany.

Management is really poor. You can expect nepotism here. Rules don't apply for people who have come through referrals.
