Salary for insiders not so good Retention Bonus is a scam . The details of retention bonus is not mentioned in your offer letter . Some people become managers but lack even basic knowldge on their products . If you are in notice period , no matter what , management forgets all your past good contributions , slogging etc . & does micromanagement

This is one of the hidden gem companies to work for. A true European work culture is what you will get here. This company's products and projects are true cutting edge. The culture of thencompany is really good. You will be a boss of your own, you will have freedom to what you like to do. Nobody micro manages you, as long as you take the ownership of the task you do.

Salary can be a bit better Watch out, this kind of work environment can make you complacent, would be difficult to leave and change the job.

Even though company yet to make profit they offer very good package, but we have to negotiate correctly.

Management have zero clue about what they're doing. Job is not secure. People with absolutely zero skills are promoted to higher positions. Company culture wrt communication, rention bonus and job is not good.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
