There's no work in some teams. In some teams, there work like hell. In some teams where a lot of work, you can learn a lot. People are friendly and helpful both in India and in Germany.

They do layoff silently some silly reasons they will tell. Kind of BPO company you should be having lot of unnecessary calls. From All the competitors company they will hire and they will give some other support work. No job satisfaction No job security. Don’t join here.
