Nothing as such but yes every occasion is celebrated including your birthday 🎉🎂, but with no incentive.

Dislikes

...espite of having better skills then others you will have to face this situation. No leave even you have to work on your off day and no extra pay is there. You are talking with potential lead and the lead is given to other employee just because he is favourite person of maneger, and maneger will force you to give this lead to him/her, you can't able to stop him, and very next morning he will call you up in the morning meeting and scold you or you can say insult you why are u not able to do sales. They have more Hypocrisy then Rahul Gandhi

...ew joinee everyone is doing the same job. Favouritism is going on in the office. Even in the time of pandemic they did not provide wfh facility and for wfh they will make your Salary half. There is no job security expect for some people.

Job security=0 Professionalism = 0 Behavior = 0 In my work tenure... I didn't find a single thing to like about this company... Even after leaving it... This company did trouble for the leaving documents and other things.... They want us to follow company policies but are not able to follow those policies.....i only got disadvantage working here. Highly disappointed working for company like this.
