Nothing is for good apart from team members neither they give salary on time nor any incentive they hold my 2 months of incentive now saying you will not get as i am leaving also i told about my issue that i won't be able to serve notice then also they said that you will be mark abscond also never they paid salary on time worst company 1 have wasted my 15 months there

Huge politics, non deserving employee get every thing without doing any sales , favouritism is really exist you will understand when you join , despite of having better skills then others you will have to face this situation. No leave even you have to work on your off day and no extra pay is there. You are talking with potential lead and the lead is given to other employee just because he is favourite person of maneger, and maneger will force you to give this lead to him/her, you can't able to stop him, and very next morning he will call you up in the morning meeting and scold you or you can say insult you why are u not able to do sales.
