... even higher level too. HR also taking side from managers and higher management. Very low pay, performance bonus only favourate employees. No policy benefit Lot's of politics this all are financial markets vartical specially for Pune

Chargeable Cab facility, Hiring fresher directly to a managerial position, salary and perks benifit, increment very less.

... get the job and learn the subject and there Will be one year bond for everyone. You will get joining bonus too

There is nothing much to dislike but if there is EMEA shift it will be better. It's a completely NAM shift. Atleast rotational shift makes comfortable. There is no rotational shift. This is the only drawback.

Worst work culture As well senior management is uncooperative and in supportive and nowadays as they hire people on contractual baisis for cost cutting and force them to work as they want. And the regular hiring basis makes insecure environment.
