People leaving eclerx after 1-3 years because of low payment. Salary is nothing compared to the market. . Because of that people with least skills are getting jobs here.. and people without long-term personal goals can't do any better with company goals either. They are becoming bad managers and they wouldn't know how to utilise team skills. . There are many learning platforms but we don't have time out of work or in general life to learn them. Sometimes we have to work 16 Hrs a day because of poor management. . Appraisals are nothing but a joke. Just joke! What percentage would matter if you are already getting paid in pennies? I can't say any more. . Overall, don't waste your life and time here. If you really NEED IT, do not stay more than 1.5 to 2 years. After that RUN.

There is nothing much to dislike but if there is EMEA shift it will be better. It's a completely NAM shift. Atleast rotational shift makes comfortable. There is no rotational shift. This is the only drawback.

Worst work culture As well senior management is uncooperative and in supportive and nowadays as they hire people on contractual baisis for cost cutting and force them to work as they want. And the regular hiring basis makes insecure environment.

Company gives nothing to employees no perks no diwali bonus, they don't appreciate and motivate the employee for good work, poor management, No work life balance managers ask to extend shifts without getting any extra pay and they will call you anytime

I had joined here as a fresher and this company is really very good to start your professional journey. You get to learn many things.

Dislikes

Some of the managers here are bias. And the salary growth is not good. Speed of promotions is very low.
