No job security at all. Your project is over and you are out immediately. They don't care how hard you have worked for your project. It is understood that IT industry itself is very fragile and there is no security at all but here you are always on risk. You won't find a team building culture ever. Your manager doesn't know if you exist.

* Management always over commit to the client and pressurize employees * Salary structure is not at all standard. A TL can have more salary than a Manager * HR is absolutely not with the employees. They are with the exploitative management. * Too much politics * No way to raise your voice. Everyone from management support each other.

Pune a city is amazing climate is amazing people are so supportive. All in all amazing pune experience however there is no contribution of eclerx.

Poor management Employees are treated animals Management is no miserable Pays of OT's are so unmanaged Pathetic then domestic HR have no stand. Puppets of operation Worst ever company i have seen in my 14 years of carrier

Nothing to like about this organisation. It's a KPO trying to be a Service/Product based IT company. However, the fact is it just can't function as a IT company due to KPO mindset of the management

...elow average rating then Bonus accumulated over 3 years will not be paid at all. Salary paid is below par compared to market. Innovation - Discouraged. Even if you manage to do a mundane task in an innovative and automated way, you'll be asked to make use of Excel and do it manually. Forget using SQL, R or Python. Job Security - A concern. The revenue is going down and lot of projects rolling off. No Analytics work happening in house. No Onsite opportunities at all. The ones currently at onsite are being brought back.
