I have spent 4 year with eclerx. And I was glad to be work with great brand. This is only company in the tricity where you will get salary on time, awesome work culture, excellent cafeteria, many more. I switched to the other company due to career growth buth still m missing my eclerx day.

Dislikes

Apm's are not professional, no manner how to deal with team members, and not more qualified as they spent 5 to 6 year there and promoted from SA to APM.

Likes

Training is good , you don't need to worry about job security , if you work with company policies you're secured, but office time is not as good . However you'll find very good team mates or colleagues.

Dislikes

Growth is not as good , and compensation is not for everyone ,only selected one get a hike, all managers are not that good.

They are selecting the candidate without project the candidate need to sit idle for months and last they are saying like no projects are there and put in VRP this is not fair if there is no project then they need not to select a candidate they will search an other opportunities

A lot of things:- 1) No leave approval even if they get lapsed during emergencies like a close relative funeral or when you are not well 2) High work pressure 3) They only care about project deadlines 4) No feelings, they will consider you as a machine

...looking to your work and efforts they take decisions on there internal politics. Salary is not that good and there is no hike at all.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management is very very poor. Salary is also not that decent acoording the work pressure we have. Your work is not appreciated at all and career growth is too slow.
