Salary is on time but they will try to deduct as much as possible. So you have to be very calculative and precise about your half days, sick leaves, shift allowance, etc.
The company's moto is "All work and no play". There is no job security. They made tremendous loss after acquiring Personiv and started firing employees, just to keep the head above water and now in the verge of shutting it down. It is a company where nepotism is encouraged and things will against you if you bring this to management's attention.
There is very less learning opportunities as processes are already setup. Due to which you stick to SOP and can't explore beyond that.
Communication is not that much strong in the internal teams.
Initially it was good however last few months they are more focused on sales part and that totally ruined the process and Now Every Agent forced to do sales which result in impacting there other KPI's, The client they are working for also not have any good customer oriented policies , The products offered are highly priced, lack of promotions, inconsistency in services, which result cx filled negative survey and that counts for agent. Not a good company to build your career as the management want you to met all the KPI's anyhow, They did'nt listen your explaination, they only wants result and it forced the individual to feel the pressure and it really effects the mental health.
...s compare you with others doing good and on alternate day do the same with them. Process is totally ruined by sales and there is more then 10 KPI's which agent need to met, Growth opportunities are less, Salary is below par then market. The client they are working for Xfinity also has very bad cx policies , price increase, inconsistent services, lack of promotional offers, hard to get voice agent, these all things results in negative reviews which impact agent overall performance as agent don't have much to offer , agent always feel like he is not doing good he is lacking however no one thinking about limitations of process, product and possiblities. You can spend few months or a one year here however not a good option for growth, There is partiality on floor, Managers support there favourites to whom they know from long or they sit together for drink. Teams change randomly, you will not able to build relation with one Manager as your teams keep changing, However this thing not applies on favourites. You will feel like. You are appearing in a test each day of your shift, If you get negative review even you don't have any role in that as you did your job, however Manger still pressurize you and make you feel like you did wrong, This is not a job , it is a mental stress and torcher, If you want stress and mental torcher be your buddy then you can happily join this organization. On a name of promotion they give you nothing in Salary, From Analyst to Senior Analyst there is very low hike and even a individual who is not getting promotion however getting good rating will get same hike, That is pathetic and on asking, Mangement has no relevant answer they are clueless. No one cares for anyone here.
