In covid-19 situation, completely work from home in local city but the client side all men powers are consider to come at office regularly. So I am available everyday in office.

There is a lot of politics and career growth is very slow.

Work culture is great supporting employes maintain their work life balance. Friendly environment and management.

There's nothing I dislike about e-connect. Although I would love if we get more exposure to latest tools and technologies used in the industry for project management.

There is no job security. Work culture is good. Management is also good. Company policy is poor in case of increment and job security.

Job is not secure instead of honestly effort and timely increment and appreciation lack.

Udaipur headquarter is good but in government contract where head is project manager make company fool and make company's goodwill poor in market just for their wealth and for make money.
