compensation is decent , but growth is slow, Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths.

They don't even pay your full and final settlement amount even after whole lot of more than 2 months, nor they will give you your service letter. They will always blame the vendor. Terrible company to work with.

I really don't know anything good about this company except that.this is the very first company called me for interview..

Really really bad.. we use to get our salary after 6 months... terrible experience. They do not pick anyone's call also

Ecentric solutions is just a staffing agency, they will recruit you to work as a contractor in an another company, thus career growth, appraisals, work environment etc are not concerned

...sit your PF, they do not deposit the TDS and do not provide the form 16 in time. Salary provided 7 to 8 days late. You will spend time doing followups daily but will not get promising responses.These issues are not to be ignored and playing with government systems is not good for anyone's career.

It's a human resource company. Cut lots of taxes...poor salary ...no increment........and the terrible thing is late salary min 2month delay and sometimes even more than 6 months. And no one is to even respond for salary issue......salary dept. Doesn't pick calls.
