Job Security The way management is heading Customer Satisfaction is the last priority of the people who actually provide support and supposed to focus on CSat. Asking Employees to leave will do no good. THere are many people who have good vision and attitude to make this company better but the C management is not taking that in consideration.

1.Salary on time. 2,Yearly once senior management meets the folks.

1.Duck creek should think of opening office at chennai location. Hybrid culture should be followed. No Onsite opportunity. 2.No Team lunch or fun activities arranged. 3.No team meeting ,reward and recognition.

Duck Creek provided a great environment to work and be successful. They provide good compensation and enjoyable work. Supervisors are very understanding and always helpful.

Company has very good culture and job security is there. All team members and management is very helpful.

The compensation policy should be improved, there should be package range decided for each designation and with promotion one should get at least starting package of promoted designation.
