The work culture is really good. Anyone can ask any question to anyone in the organization. Management team is very supportive and always ready to guide employees to achieve their carrier goals.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is slow. Little bit difficult to manage work life balance as majority times there are meetings in the evening time and sometimes late night.

Each and every team will be having some politics within the team members. But am considering it as the productive one only. Hence, No dislikes about this organization.
