Job Security The way management is heading Customer Satisfaction is the last priority of the people who actually provide support and supposed to focus on CSat. Asking Employees to leave will do no good. THere are many people who have good vision and attitude to make this company better but the C management is not taking that in consideration.

Late evening calls which hamper work life balance Too many threads to juggle at any given point in time which may lead to quality issues.

The work culture is really good. Anyone can ask any question to anyone in the organization. Management team is very supportive and always ready to guide employees to achieve their carrier goals.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is slow. Little bit difficult to manage work life balance as majority times there are meetings in the evening time and sometimes late night.

1.Salary on time. 2,Yearly once senior management meets the folks.

1.Duck creek should think of opening office at chennai location. Hybrid culture should be followed. No Onsite opportunity. 2.No Team lunch or fun activities arranged. 3.No team meeting ,reward and recognition.

Company has very good culture and job security is there. All team members and management is very helpful.

Dislikes

The compensation policy should be improved, there should be package range decided for each designation and with promotion one should get at least starting package of promoted designation.
