I don't have any dislike about the company because if you can adapt with the new technologies this is the best place to implement your skills.

Flexible timings, direct collaborating with clients, learning new technologies appreciated, no micro management.

Volatile process makes little bit hard handling the project, mentoring will not be a thing, no canteen at all.

1.Very poor management- If you are out from a project then you will be terminated quickly (no job security) 2. Work culture is very worst- if planning to settle a stress free organization then never join here 3.Company still has old mind set on work culture 4.don't ruin your career by joining DSRC.
