No proper work culture. Felt like a rat race. Very poor salary package without any benefits. No medical insurance and PF. Seniors are not work efficient. They dump projects on juniors.

Company is located in a ideal location in Technopark, Trivandrum

Compensation is not decent, career growth is very slow, 24 hrs you need to work then only you can complete your work, there is no overtime allowance, every month computer will calculate your performance and salary will be reduced if your performance is low, Dsi technologies website you can see they are doing all kind of design and analysis but they are doing only meshing works using hypermeh software and very limited analysis projects. Very worst manager managing projects, indipentatly you want to learn everything no one will help you, there is no training for employees
