Totally a Lala company, not a good place for hardworking employees (male and female both), for promotion and good salary increment you have to please your seniors and if you raise your voice against any kind of harassment at workplace they will terminate you because they set an example for other employees so that employees do not file any complaint against them as they have already shown them the trailer. They are slow poison.

Culture is so good... But Not suitable for future purpose.. If you ready for relocation that you can go .. But if you think for a particular location then it's not possible.

Management for Both On role and Casual labour. Contractual workers were not paid their salary on time. Contractor monopoly environment is happening there no one tell about this issue and workers face their problem in every month. They use both on role and contractual manpower for their own purpose but they do nothing and don't think of labour future growth and development

Only salary given on time. And nothing is good now.

No job security in this company. And If you working in NER (Assam) with this company then your job is not secured because of Bosses. If unfortunately your 1month target is not completed for some valid reasons then Bosses are says "you should resign your post or you will be terminated And you will be terminated in such a way that you will never be able to work in any other company". Earlier this company was very good but now such bosses have joined this company that they don't even know how to work properly. They just threaten to terminate you on every small thing, apart from this they don't know anything. Because of this the sales are already very low but if you don't understand your employees and make them feel that they are in a safe place then the sales will get worse

Corporate office is really awesome Job security is good until or unless you didn't done any blunder Work life balance is also good Trying to update legacy technology for IT and operations. Upper management always welcome you if you have any great idea, but you have to take ownership for that without fail . Great policy but still need some improvements.

Lala culture Old employee lots of politics Promotion based on chaplusi Medical policy compensation should be more higher. Average term insurance policy. No direct interaction from upper management for below M3 category.
