Corporate office is really awesome Job security is good until or unless you didn't done any blunder Work life balance is also good Trying to update legacy technology for IT and operations. Upper management always welcome you if you have any great idea, but you have to take ownership for that without fail . Great policy but still need some improvements.

This Organisation do not care about their employees, no career growth. You need to he very good licker to grow in this company. No mentorship, not skill development. Your manager know how to drang any job for a long time and end of day he will say what do u do entire day. U r good for nothing. They will kill ur moral.
