Company culture is good. Good policies but poor implementations.

Poor increement.Variable pay mentioned in CTC is also deducted based on company's performance,there's no minimum variable pay. You also maybe getting half of your variable pay and pro rata appraisal will be 1% if joined less than 12 months of FY. Role wise disparity

Dr.Reddy's is open to implement digitized technology/platforms. I'm proud being part of Global Quality functions, which augments for GxP platforms . As a result , I 'd opportunity to build relationships within Dr.Reddy's and also with the quality counterparts across the industry. The team , which I'd worked is highly collaborative & supportive to each other . With No doubt, the experience at DRL is an highlight in my entire career.

Dislikes

Compensation is medium (when compared with Pharma counterparts within India) . Career growth is there, however the rate is lethargic rate, as Middle & Senior mgmt positions have role A & role B, which could recognize any difference in responsibility wise.

...tive, sometimes not and the management is transparent.company policies are good.Appraisals are not fair and they give not good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics at the time of appraisals, and who impress the manager or section head that person get high rating. Total year working person get low rating.

Career growth options in middle management is struggle, salary hikes and bonuses are not at par

HRLT - they have their favourites and CHRO- Archana bhaskar don't take any actions on them. Many of HRLT are very adamant Job insecurity. You never know when u r position will be removed.
