1) kra based on biasness not on performance.
2)give transfer suddenly, tells u to to report 500 kms away from tomorrow, not worries about u, ur family, ur kids education etc.
3) salary increment not justified, the one who join 1 year back and the one who is with the company from more than 5 years both have same increment if same post.
4) Hierarchy not followed by anyone, team members can directly call to the head of the circle about his concern then head of the circle questions managers instead of asking what is the matter, also thinks store managers are poor and at the end do bad appraisal on these kind of things.
5) says don't use ur head just do whatever tells u
6) no learning at all, shift manager or even store manager have no right to do anything, any changes in the category,
7) Promotions take 4-6 years...
...ery poor corporate office operations, HR team is worst and recruitment has zero focus, they don't provide market salary also hence they are not getting enough people'to work n end up putting pressure on the existing staffs, if this trend continues they cannot sustain in yhe market
