Its a nice company but there are some problem also like promotion is very delayed and the salary is not enough and no increment. So overall its owsm place to work for those who studying now its a good place to learn and earn as a part time but if u looking for future then this conoany process is very long u have to be patent

On time salary. Good work life balance. For non core team there is not much scope and also not much increments.

Sudden changes in marketing strategy. Which goes unknown for employees and will be hard to adjust.

...ngs are the worst during festivals and audits you have to work 11 hours per day. Your (MBA GRADUTE) salary will be way lower than the guy who has no education. Staffs are trained only to concentrate on sales not on customer service . Last one but really important there is nothing professional about this company and you won't learn anything. After this passage I gone down for next option, there it asked me to select the facilities provided but our company provides nothing. Seriously are there company out there providing such facilities???

If you are blessed with supportive co-workers everything is good while working or else you just don't get enough free time to relax , i don't recommend doing full time as a cashier or working in any other section that requires a qualification of below a degree , in this Company , it is not worth it , it's very hard to get into higher position if you don't hold a degree.
