For a employee who's actually working for a good salary as end, salary is not too good compared to the today's financial difficulties we faced. Basic needs only achieved by this salary.

The best part of the company is making the employee to work in an atmosphere where they can use their skills at their best, listening to their views and being strict where the results are lacking. This gives the employee to work on the areas where there is scope of improvement and tries to grab the opportunity by contributing to the growth of the organization.

Management team is fine but the manager and team lead are not fine . Team lead & project lead work must be governed by management team. They just passing the time and data they enter in unfuddle are not correct by team lead.

Growth is too high, encouraging to work without pressure, work environment is too good and adapting all the religious culture.. My managers do value an individuals and appreciate the unique strengths, Always getting more opportunities to prove myself, got high learning environment to understand the architecture and broad business scales..
