Management is very poor in hcl Projects are not good here I am regretting why I joined hcl There is no hike also Employees are not supportive There is not WFH policy here No festive celebrations here

Low salary (they basically stealing from you) Senior management is worst. Does not matter what performance feedback your manager has given you, Senior management will give you, whatever Appraisal Rating they want. If you want to ask them something, good luck with that. They don't even reply to mails easily.

If you want your job to secured then choose this company. But don't expect any hikes or increments. With whatever the package you have joined that would be final one.

Politics, no increments, no hikes, there will be a variable pay in your package but they won't give you that. No work life balance

Good annual full body checkup for employees and their family

Dislikes

Recruiter promised that I will be receiving the entire variable pay for the first year but I received only for a month and from second month I have not even received 50 percent. No hike/night shift allowance for E3 and above bands . Every project have 3 managers (reporting manager, service managers, who will be part of HCL for 10 or 15 years ) , and who used to micromanage to an extreme, they will ask you to work on company holiday and they won’t approve your comp off or Pay for the holiday. Once the project is stabilised , they will release the highly paid resource to the bench

HCLTECH is a good company to work with. The work-life balance is good, but it depends on the project/account. The work atmosphere is good.

poor work-life balance, below-average salary and benefits, limited career growth opportunities, inconsistent management quality, concerns about job security due to project-based work, and a perception of inadequate salary hikes even with good performance
