We can learn some other skills via some platform like Percipio. This is an advantage.

Dislikes

Salary hike is extremely worst. I'm very disappointed about that. And, they are very conscious about getting work from employee they treat like a machine.

No Salary hikes, no promotions, no value for the head wor, appraisal process is worst process I feel like it is a scam to escape hikes. Salary will not at all depends on rating, no use if you get Distinction performance or Exceptional performance, no good projects, no growth, even freshers will get good salary than experienced, difference college people get different hikes for freshers if you are coming from top colleges you will get good salary when you join as freshers

HCLTech campus environment is really good.

Dislikes

...No recognization for my work (Feeling bad about wasted my time and energy here). Very less salary package and hike. No work life balance. Not providing any KT session for freshers regarding project work but they are expecting more output.
