Company is good for staying long and take a retirement but if you want to grow and learn then it's not the right place especially DB Jaipur. Hearchichy is limited so limited promotion chances.

In Deutsche Bank management views and philosophy varies alot...which will impact your working culture.. To work in long run you must have to be in good books of your reporting manager.

...tic and worst due to which ground level employees getting much effect adversely. Career and salary growth is not upto the mark.

Compensation is lower than market grids, especially people who have been working with DB for longer periods >4 years

...nd make changes. There is no emphasis on improving skills or adopting to change. Huge disparity in compensation across board. Organization is not matching with other organisations on the compensation part. It's high time they revise the compensation policies.
