... good. Not a toxic environment like service based it companies. relaxed working. good salary and benefits.

cafeteria is not good. Being a bank, environment is very regulated hence less exposure in working on open source advance technologies

The organisation is goal oriented and the goals are communicated clearly. Most leaders are not micro managers and give a platform for the teams to grow.

Dislikes

The salary hike in India has been terrible over the last 3 years. Even though the company makes unprecedented profits it is not shared with the employees. The bonus payouts are very bad as well at all levels if compared to other international banks.

Overall good organisation. Pay and Benefits are good. Good learning opportunities. People and Management appreciate your work.

A lot of controls by management and pressure to follow guidelines and take additional tasks.
