cafeteria is not good. Being a bank, environment is very regulated hence less exposure in working on open source advance technologies

Good people and work culture. If you are gonna work with US team , then salary will be high but at the same time timings and work load will be too much.so make sure you join indian base team.

Nothing as such good company,many things to learn. A bit micromanagement and wlb issues.
