Culture, respect, and collaboration within and across the team are fantastic. I joined during covid and was in awe of the company's overall care for its employees. Dislikes

I feel the processes can be improved. It is a big company so many processes related to work take time, lots of checks and balances but I am sure company is taking steps towards improving it. DoD, VDI, and teams integration with it is giving nightmare, please provide quick help with regard to IT issues. This is the current burning issue.
