Good Company for Bania Cast people

Dislikes

This is the worst company on earth for Non-Bania people. This company is good for Bania people of Rajasthan as well as on site. They hate outside community's of bania to forcefully resign and they make people life worst then worster. Regarding future growth i would say god can not save people in distorying his life if join this company. Even i had been survived in company 3 month on head and tale basis and they have not given my last month salary after i left.

The best part about working here is that all staff is like a family & seniors here are very helpful and co-operative.

The only thing I dislike about working here is that they are very peculiar about giving raises.

Company policy are flexible and can be biased employer to employee. Policy and procedures are not properly executed.
