You get a very good learning opportunity, especially for freshers. Your peers are very helpful and co-operative. My manager (Giriprasad) was very polite and helpful towards me and encouraged me to learn a lot in my field (CAE).

Dislikes

HR and Mangement policies can be a nightmare. Don't expect a lot in terms of salary, you won't get any different figures even if you try hard to convince them. The bond which the make you sign is also a big minus.

...e very harsh, You won’t be able to join company You won’t be able to negotiate 90 days notice period You won’t get salary of first month of notice period Full and final settlement will be near about one year after leaving organisation Getting Leaves is just like asking for kidney from manager.

...s worst.kindly don't join this company and will get caught for 3 years of bond .in case if you break the bond you need to pay a compensation of 2,50,000 and notice period of 3months to be served which is even worst .If there is a minus scale it would top it
