1.Some seniors are very good, supportive and helping. 2.Owner is very Determined to the work, factory problems etc. And working hardly on the growth of the company. 3. Overall working environment is good.

Dislikes

1.There is no fix rules for attendance and timing of office. 2.if u have any queries or doubts related to salary, attendance etc. Management just send you hare and there..... They never give you correct answer and they are not supportive at all. 3. If you join Designco please make sure you have got offer letter (salary). Most of the time they recruit u on different salary and after joining they offer u different salary.they bargain on salary after joining. 4.Management behaviour is very rude specially HR mam. 5.there no employee grievance cell.

Uniform penalty 500 per day if anyone found. No shoes penalty 500 per day if you have found. Late coming penalty per minute counted monthly Advance deduction no matter you borrow or not Very poor account department, never responses HR department has no sense of recruitment, only you should have refrence Too much politics Non technical staff in production department

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Comany policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is low according to their work. Culture of company is not good. Salary deducted for a little reason like late 5 minutes, not wearing company sweater. Rules are follow if buyer comes to company. There are no facilities like lunch,tea, transport etc.

Thereis a bond of 2.6 years before which you ca not resign. On the job training is nt given to new joinees. Managment dose not a dress our issues.
