If you want to do social work or it's better for only local job seekers. Worst politics and only favouritism and partiality in the team by the team heads and managers. They say transparency but it's actually zero. No value for the employees especially for the seniors. Only top management beloveds are promoted.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
