...x. Specially if you are working for MTS it’s terrible. No work life balance. Too much work for the peanuts they pay. You’ll be working for 90-100 hours during seasons. All your weekend will be washed out. Too much politics. Some seniors are so rude and you can find that only couples rule in Deloitte rest everybody quit. Hated working there.

...ke the company culture. Manager treats employee like a labour working for them. No respect, poor worklife balance, salary and work given to the employee doesnt match. Work given is of seniors level but salary given is literal peanuts..not satisfied..looking for job change.

1. Too many employees working leading ti slowing down of the learning process 2. A lot of workload during busy season and the employees are told to do everything by themselves with a little guidance leading to burnout and frustration amongst freshers.

The company culture for Tax professionals working in IM HF in India is awful. The management is toxic and does not have any regards for employees mental health. Don’t get me wrong the company is really good, but everything depends upon the team you are landed on. I am working under the worst, toxic and egoistic leadership. They provide hybrid working conditions however we should be in office location on the days they provided wfh even through it is not stated anywhere. These people make their own rules and expect us to obey it. The trend is more like a dictatorship, awful place to work. If you value your mental health, it is better to join some other firm.

Salary is very less, employees staying are not appreciated in this regard. Indian staff has the mentality to over work in order to progress making work life balance bad for all.
