...l my experience and may be others have beautiful experiences with the company 1. Unnecessary work load: The way it works is 123 formula, give 1 person the salary of two people get the 3-person work done by that person 2. Unhealthy work ethics, promoting the fear of low Ratings and Low utilization resulting in various outcomes not healthy for practioners 3. Noone promotes it there, but somehow ji-hazoori culture is in promoted and practiced... they have various beautiful names for the same.

I think the flexibility that Deloitte offers is amazing and as an employee, I am free to work from wherever I want to, and there is no micro management. The team is very professional and there is not much hierarchy.

Dislikes

The salary paid by Deloitte is not commensurate to the work. Appraisal, especially at Deloitte, India are not up to the mark and overall I believe you are underpaid significantly at Deloitte.

Salary and benefits are good. Its a age old company and the have many clients so you will get chance to work on various latest technologies

Work life balance is awful Getting promotion is very very tough

The people at Deloitte. It’s all about them. The culture is great and they pay well. I feel If you are working in a consulting environment, you cannot complain about the work. You just enjoy work and take those disconnects to relax and refill. They are paying well so I don’t have any complaints

Dislikes

I would not say it is about Deloitte but yeah It is about a few people at the leadership level and I feel, people at that level should be honest and reliable because their decisions have a larger impact on employees.
