The Company is good for job security purpose, even during pandemic Company paid salaries on time, no lay-offs.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure would be there and an individual needs to manage that. Sometimes you have to work 14-18 hours and may also attend client calls / work calls on weekends and after office hours etc..

Almost everything!! Travelling 5 days a week after covid! Working almost 13-15hrs in office No office shuttle Working on weekends No hike! Where in which company you have seen where they increase your project allocation by month to month basis knowing the project is 5+years long! (Welcome to your big4) Managers verbally treat you unprofessionally! Company rum by bunch of hooligans from the industry!! They don't have families i think hence they are on 6+hrs of call!! Just go away even if you have any offers!

If you join as contact employee then you will not have any value in the company. They will assign you projects randomly not based on your skill set, previous experience or education background . Most of the manager will not have good attitude . No proper training for the team Mangers will hesitate to ask clarifications to client . Performance appraisal will not get genuinely. Mangers will involve mostly to give rating to team members and decrease the rating for silly reasons
