Job security is a big issue in Deloitte. They usually float very general job descriptions that don't describe the exact job profile. In USI the main skill they need is English. The worst thing is that USI people behave like their US counterparts are like their god.

The Culture and skill development and learning is very good in Deloitte.

Promotion and Salary is completely based on your rating given by team leader. So if you are working hard but your team leader is biased then you will get bad ratings which affects promotion and appraisal.

False commitment by seniors Low pay Long working hours Transfer of employees from DC(implementation) to DFO (Support) without their acknowledgement when asking senior to change offering they say this will set wrong example. I was a developer earlier now I work on tickets where learning is 0.

Great place for collaboration and networking. Amazing facilities but restricted usage based on career level. Decent leadership depending on the business you're in. Okay benefits and hybrid work environment.

Dislikes

Not market leaders in terms of compensation. Deloitte plays it safe by staying in top 5 for pay. Promotions happen only if there is enough budget in the business and Business leader's personal preference. Too many rules and restrictions.
