Highly coveted role, but not investment side. 1.5 years tier 1 mba experience 16L current fixed, PE firms pay 30L fixed to investment analyst out of tier 1 mba colleges. Even after no errors in the working or no quality issues, just because of politics and based on people’s feedback they will not give you hike and bonus. No matter if a person has spent a whole year working hard and given a quality work. No AWARDS, BONUS, INCREMENT

Likes

Deloitte have a nice office to work. Company culture is good and you can internally move to other roles also if the work in current team get monotonous. Manager generally focus on your work and they do not want you to sit after office hours if you do not have work.
