1 No work life balance 2 Really hard to meet deadlines 3 Pressurized Weekend working 4 Threatening employee for low increment 5 Micro Management 6 appraisals are given to the connections not to the performers 7 No appreciation on weekend working, extending working hours, it is all taken for granted 8 very Low increment in the name of market situation to lower levels but higher level management enjoys promotions and all the hike 9 Serving Notice because of above reasons.

.... I dont think that there is any issue in job security if you're on a project. The increment and bonus are good as compared to other companies. Have multiple offices in India so people have option to work across recognition.

Dislikes

The promotion process is tricky -It depends more on your networking skills and a bit buttering. Little bit biasness is also there. The people are bit extra workholic and they want people to work more than their capacity.

Some of the old employees are really amazing and help new employees in career growth so my learning and career growth is satisfactory in Deloitte.

Some new employees are doing politic, and I didn't get correct salary hike while leaving Deloitte.

Got opportunity to work in latest SAP versions. Clientele is excellent. Good compensation and well being benefits. Flexible working hours.

Poor work life balance. Lots of work committed to client in short period of time.

Deloitte is one of those firms which can always be best with employees having flexibility in working from anywhere. It can focus on that.
