The only thing i liked about them was, even though they hired me for their own selfish interest at least they gave me a chance

No proper compensation and benefits even though you pull in lakhs n lakhs of business

Positives with tax department is very limited and there is nothing exemplary about the department yet to be very honest flexibility is the key. No time bound you work on your own taking full responsibility .

Dislikes

...No competitive compensation is provided. No Cab facility, No free food facility. No over time pay is provided. I urge everyone whosoever read this, please avoid joining Deloitte Tax. Its my humble request to please don't compromise your health for just a little penny compensation.

Deloitte usi provides a lot of employee well being and benefits programs including reimbursements, good salary hikes, good number of leaves and also rewards on good performance.

Dislikes

Work life balance takes a hit on critical projects which needs improvement.

Hybrid work culture, good salaries and work life balance, Decent salary increments, few additional benifits like mobile phone reimbursement and well being reimbursement are few good things.

Promotions are perfectly biased and illogical No matter how you work you may not be recognized if you have even a slight argument with leads for their mistakes Most of the senior consultants especially some lateral hiers lacks technical her knowledge and tries to be bossy which is spoiling actual Deloitte environment They act as abstraction between you and your managers where your efforts are not appreciated Long work hours
