The Hyderabad office is kind of nice, big cafeteria (limited options though) Theres free linkedin learning for everything, so if you make the time you can learn a ton of stuff for free! Lots of CSR activities to involve in to support animals, environment, LGBTQ+ community etc. Very Good safety (maybe a bit too much) for female employees.

The overall bonus is ok but the yearly increment is very bad. Even with working extremely hard and overachieving targets throughout the year, you end up in 5% or 7% bracket - which is what people who do the minimum also get so it really is a huge demotivator. Internal job application is constantly encouraged, but HR will reject your resume without even screening your profile - lot of internal decisions are made by HM so HR is least bothered. Last but not least, yes - despite the compliance and everything there is a ton of partiality - especially in the India Dell - between the people from North and South of India.

Good company... my experience is very awesome.....good hike as per the performance n bonus n appraisals.......but as every organization has its pros n cons it has it thou.......we can ignore the cons as the benefit will overcome it......

...ey value thier employess and give hike according to their internal calculations. i was wasn't capped to my expectations infact they increased the package to my abilities so yes, i definitely must appreciate this policy of Dell being unique and actually valuing their employees.

Work life balance for new folk is hell. you get used to it as you get tenured.

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming and career arcade for chilling company policies are good salary hike and bonus every year I like DELL culture activities Saturday Sunday holiday

... because I work here, the knowledge this process and company gives is immense. Salaries are the best in Dell, you would certainly get great benefits in terms of Salary, Hike, bonus. Bonus is absolutely the best as you would never imagine how much you would get( a lot) Policies are in place, there are something that some might not like, but we can say there is nothing in this world without a pro and a con. Hence working in this place is considered the best in my experience and would love to know if Dell would receive an award and would be the happiest if it does. P.S. I know this is a long review coz I love working in Dell even though I have left the company I still desire to work in the future( diff. profile)

In my opinion there is no politics in which ever team I was working and have not seen anything like that in my 2 years tenure with any teams or management. Trainings are a little hassle as you do not get classroom trainings on production floor, all you get is a PDF file or a link to learn about the new topics or technology while at work. However, trainings initially is fun as they do have labs to work on both physical systems or virtual. A Lot of cross skillings within profile or outside, they can move us from one profile to another as per the requirement. Work life balance is a little rough during the week as the work goes on for hours and that makes us to sit in front of the system for hours together which sometimes makes us forget in taking breaks. But unlike other companies, I dont see my management calling me on weekends(which is good).
