Good company... my experience is very awesome.....good hike as per the performance n bonus n appraisals.......but as every organization has its pros n cons it has it thou.......we can ignore the cons as the benefit will overcome it......

Good Salary and Benefits, work life balance no strict timings as long as you complete the work on time. Lot of opportunities to learn new skills and people who can mentor if needed.

Dislikes

Every Quarter there will be a panic about Layoffs. Anytime you think of getting promoted you will be moved to a new team, and they will call it a team restructure and your appraisal and promotion will be delayed.
