Everything that was good about Dell ended 2 years back. Nothing is good now.

...es more miserable and feel tortured from 5 days a week policy and no promotions. And from what I have heard extremely low or negligible salary hikes. The culture is extremely bad for a long term perspective and would take a toll on your mental health. The work that they make you do is dated and not industry relevant. So don't join dell unless you want to spoil your mental health and career.

- Amazing work culture and people are always ready to help you. - The average employee retention rate is quite high and people stay/retire from the company. - Dell promotes and provide lots of IJP opportunities and you can literally jump from one org to another within Dell with right skills and mentorships. - Dell gives opportunities to upskill and provides learning curve to implement new skills at work.

...vinash, got converted to the full-time employee without any technical knowledge. I was getting a good salary but i still don't like such a company that makes policies only on papers. i have seen people having drinks in the office.

Due to constant layoffs the job security isn't there. Also, compensation should be improved.
