I found the work atmosphere here absolutely rubbish, there is no such thing as job security here.

... the staff, if no one is there then they are threatened that they will fire you.Permanent staff is fine that if he takes leave then his leave will be deducted, but if outsourced then salary is deducted.What is the use of doing such a job where you give even if you do not want to leave and their salary is less. And if the peak season comes like diwali holi etc. then they recruit staff at wholesale price, and if their need ends then the staff is fired.

The only perk is salary is credited timely at the end of the month.

...iven every time you apply, overall toxic environment. Favoritism is prevalent. On asking for perks or benefits VP of the company says we are paying a salary (meager) which should suffice, no perks are given.

horrible place to work unprofessional management, no employee upskilling policy, estimates are decided by manager, have to work late at night multiple days a week, do not even think about getting sick or taking a leave unless you want to get in trouble.

Skill development and learning were good. You get a lot of responsibilities and it develops your business acumen. People are fairly qualified

...t. Work-life balance is either good or very very bad, depending on your profile. Compensation and increments are below average. Mostly I felt like overworked and underpaid.
